Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy **Advance Notice**: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to their scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling. **Cancellation Fee**: If a client fails to provide 24 hours' notice for a cancellation, a fee of $50.00 will be charged. **Rescheduling**: Clients are permitted one reschedule without any fee, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice. Any subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a charge of $50.00. **No-Show Policy**: In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the client will be subject to the $50.00 cancellation fee. **Refund Policy**: Deposits or retainers are non-refundable. This policy is to ensure that we can maintain a high level of service and availability for all our clients. However, we recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will review exceptional cases on an individual basis.
